Meet Attorney Kyle McCalla

Kyle J. McCalla is the founder of McCalla Law and has been practicing law since 2013. Before opening his own practice, Kyle spent much of his legal career handling complex corporate litigation matters, representing businesses and working on sophisticated legal disputes. That experience taught him the importance of thorough preparation, practical problem-solving, and providing clients with clear, honest advice.

After years of practicing in larger legal settings, Kyle recognized a growing need for accessible legal services closer to home. Seeing that many individuals and families in Pickaway County and the surrounding communities had limited local options for quality legal representation, he founded McCalla Law with the goal of providing experienced, client-focused legal services right here in the community.

Today, Kyle represents clients in matters involving bankruptcy, estate planning, elder law, probate, real estate, and other legal issues that affect individuals and families throughout central Ohio. He believes that legal advice should be understandable, practical, and tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. Whether helping someone navigate financial hardship, plan for the future, or resolve a legal dispute, Kyle is committed to guiding clients through the process with professionalism and respect.

Kyle lives in Commercial Point, Ohio, with his wife and their five children. When he isn’t practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on his children at their sporting events. He is also active in the community as a member of the Commercial Point Men’s Club and as a youth football coach, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes and giving back to the community he calls home.
